Budgam Police have arrested two bootleggers and recovered 23 bottles of illicit liquor.
During Naka checking at Nambalhar police party of PS Khanshab intercepted an Auto Rickshaw bearing registered No.JK01V 1751 with two persons with onboard. During search 23 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from their possession. They have been identified as Sheeraz Ahmed Paul S/o Khazer Mohammed Paul resident of Chanpora Srinagar and Niranjan Kumar S/o Parmanand Kumar resident of Shavnarayanpora Bhagalpur Bihar.
Accordingly, a case FIR No.06/2021 have been registered at PS Khanshab and investigation has been taken up.
