Bandipora Police continuing its war against drugs arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession in Hajin.
Acting on a specific information police party of P/S Hajin led by SHO PS -Hajin Sh. Rayees Ahamd under the supervision of SDPO Hajin Sh. Sajad Ahmad- JKPS laid a surprise Naka at Bonikhan Mohalla Hajin and during checking the suspicious movement of a person was noticed and he was apprehended and upon his personal search Charas weighing about 650 Grms was recovered from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Manzoor Ahmad Parray S/o AB Aziz Parray R/o Bonikhan Mohalla Hajin.
In this regard, Case FIR No.07/2021 under relevant sections of NDPS ACT has been registered in Police Station Hajin and further investigation into the matter has been started.
