Kargil,26th January: Celebrating the 32nd National Road Safety Month organized by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Site Office Kargil, NHIDCL organized the road safety awareness program in Kargil district on 26th Jan 2021.
In order to avoid & reduce road accidents, the road safety awareness event was organized by NHIDCL. Drivers were briefed about the road safety measures in snow bound and avalanche prone areas of Kargil district.
The road safety awareness event was well appreciated by the locals and drivers of Kargil town. The road safety event organized by NHIDCL, praised the efforts of NHIDCL for continuing the construction work of Zojila tunnel despite harsh climatic conditions and heavy snow fall in the area.
